Good projector, slow support
I ordered the XGIMI HORIZON Pro during a holiday sale. The picture quality is really impressive, especially for movies at night. It was packaged well and arrived safely, taking about 5 business days which was fine. Setting it up was mostly straightforward, though I had a small question about connecting my soundbar and it took a while to get a response from customer support. Decent projector, delivery issues
I ordered the XGIMI Halo+ and the projector itself is quite good for the price. The picture quality is clear and it's easy to use. However, delivery took 8 days to reach me in California, which was longer than expected. The packaging was a bit dented too, though the product inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, but it still meant waiting a bit longer. Overall, a solid product, but shipping could be improved.
